The course was scheduled to open this Friday, March 27<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are going to postpone the\nopening until further notice due to concerns and restrictions associated with\nCOVID-19,\u201d said Recreation\nSupervisor Tami Andringa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yakima Parks and Recreation also reminds the\npublic that playground equipment at City parks is not available due to the\nCOVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The City previously closed the Harman Center,\nLions Pool and all Parks and Recreation programs due to the virus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/6\/Fisher-Park-Golf-Postponed-News-Release.pdf\">Fisher-Park-Golf-Postponed-News-Release<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/6\/Fisher-Park-Golf-Postponed-News-Release.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button\" download>Download<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The golfing season is postponed indefinitely at the City of Yakima&#8217;s Fisher Park Golf Course.
