Nob Hill Blvd."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Motorists are encouraged to use\ncaution tomorrow, Thursday, March 26<sup>th<\/sup>, when a traffic signal will\nbe temporarily out due to a Pacific Power &amp; Light (PP&amp;L) service\nchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The signal at 24<sup>th<\/sup>\nAvenue and West Nob Hill Boulevard will be dark from approximately 9:30 am to\n10:30 am tomorrow while PP&amp;L crews work on the service change.
