{"id":9012,"date":"2020-06-19T11:17:37","date_gmt":"2020-06-19T18:17:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/?p=9012"},"modified":"2020-06-19T11:21:12","modified_gmt":"2020-06-19T18:21:12","slug":"yakima-city-council-june-22nd-special-meeting-preview","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/yakima-city-council-june-22nd-special-meeting-preview\/","title":{"rendered":"Yakima City Council June 22nd Special Meeting Preview"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Yakima City Council will hold a special meeting at 5:30 pm on Monday, June 22<sup>nd<\/sup>, in Council Chambers at Yakima City Hall, 129 North 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agenda item for the special meeting is to discuss the process for hiring a permanent city manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to the special meeting, Council will hold an executive session at 4:30 pm Monday to discuss applicants for the city manager position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following precautions are in place for the June 22<sup>nd<\/sup> special meeting due to COVID-19:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The meeting will be conducted by speakerphone.<\/li><li>Since Yakima City Hall is closed to public access, no community members can attend the meeting in person.<\/li><li>Please e-mail <a href=\"mailto:ccouncil2@yakimawa.gov\">ccouncil2@yakimawa.gov<\/a> if you wish to provide written comment to the City Council.
