Pendleton Way and East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard on Tuesday, November 10th. &nbsp;Work on the project will begin Tuesday at 7:00 am and should be completed by 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Northbound lanes on North 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Street will be closed in the project area. Because of heavy traffic volumes on North 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Street, drivers can expect delays.
