Jay Inslee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The restrictions are due to a recent spike in COVID-19 cases statewide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/wagovernor\/inslee-announces-statewide-restrictions-for-four-weeks-c0b7da87d34e\">https:\/\/medium.com\/wagovernor\/inslee-announces-statewide-restrictions-for-four-weeks-c0b7da87d34e<\/a> for details on the restrictions, which Inslee imposed for a period of four weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Harman Center re-opened in October for health and wellness classes after Yakima County advanced to Phase 2 of the state\u2019s Safe Start Plan.
