The state of Washington <a href=\"https:\/\/www.governor.wa.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/WashingtonReady.pdf\">fully re-opened on June 30th<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of Monday, August 23rd, all City employees and visitors are required to wear masks regardless of their vaccination status. The requirement is  in keeping with a mandate issued by Gov.
