Work on the project will begin at 7:00 am and last until 3:30<br>pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction in the project area. Due to heavy traffic<br>volumes on South 18th Street, drivers can expect delays.
