Competitive\u00a0communities\u00a0stay\u00a0on\u00a0top\u00a0of\u00a0matching\u00a0needs\u00a0of\u00a0local\u00a0employers\u00a0with\u00a0skills\u00a0to\u00a0advance\u00a0quality business\u00a0services\u00a0and\u00a0production.\u00a0With\u00a0the\u00a0impending\u00a0retirement\u00a0of\u00a0many\u00a0Baby\u00a0Boomers,\u00a0it\u00a0is\u00a0important to\u00a0fill\u00a0these\u00a0openings.\u00a0By\u00a0enhancing\u00a0skills,\u00a0workers\u00a0have\u00a0access\u00a0to\u00a0greater\u00a0opportunities\u00a0to\u00a0increase earnings.
