Three Easy Ways to Make an Appointment or Contact Well Via:<\/h2>\n

  1. Online 24 hours a day by\n
      \n
    1. Logging into miBenefits through www.ebms.com<\/a> using your established username and password… or<\/em> click new user and register using the information on your Medical ID Card.<\/li>\n
    2. Once registered, click the \u201cmiCare\u201d<\/b> link on your miBenefits homepage.\u00a0 That\u2019s it! ***
      \n*** If you have dependent family members over the age of 18, they will also be required to register through miBenefits in order to access the clinic.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. By calling 866-888-8035<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Same day appointments try #1 then #2 and if they are booked call the clinic directly at 509-453-1529<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. If miCare is not available Well Via Patient Care Center is available by telephone 24\/7 at 877-872-0370<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
