The City of Yakima Purchasing Division invites qualified bidders interested in current contracting opportunities to submit Bids and Proposals.  All solicitations are advertised in the Yakima Herald-Republic<\/a>, and on this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purchasing posts specifications on this website and on Public Purchase<\/a>\u2122.  Vendors must submit their bid response through Public Purchase<\/a>\u2122 unless otherwise specified.  <\/span>Purchasing will only accept electronic responses through Public Purchase<\/span>\u2122.  Follow the instructions in the solicitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Document Revisions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Please note that revisions to a solicitation document, in the form of an addenda, may be issued by Purchasing after the solicitation was initially published.  Your bid or proposal response could be rejected if you fail to acknowledge any addenda or if you fail to submit your bid in accordance with the submittal instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Addendum Registration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To receive notification of any addenda, prospective bidders\/proposers MUST register with Public Purchase<\/a>\u2122 at www.publicpurchase.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you fail to register, you will not be notified.  The City of Yakima shall not be liable for any addenda not received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vendor Responses<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Vendors shall not change the original boilerplate and\/or specifications of any related documents in any manner, or your bid may be rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
