6 busted down cars in front yard, trash on ground, trash in back of trucks, trash in busted down cars. etc. This is about the 10th time I have reported. WHAT IS GOING ON ??? And I just spent 400 bucks getting rid of 5 Raccoons that have been living/eating out of the trash heap

The 700 block of North 56th Avenue: Thank you for the fast response to my report asking about the timeline to fix our road. Your crew quickly filled in the many potholes in our block. I would like to ask again about the timeline for "resufacing" our road. (This word from Joseph Rosenlund's Yak Back email to Kathy Myers in December of 2018.) Since it has now been postponed for several years , I am once again asking: When is our road scheduled to be resurfaced?

Gilbert Dr is blocked by tree removal crew with no warning signs, no cones, no barricades, no flaggers. Equipment and fallen trees blocking road. 200foot evergreen trees fall right in front of cars driving on public street with blind corners and no warning. Very dangerous.

Borley Lane off of S 72nd Ave (runs east off of S 72nd Ave) appears to be public right of way according to City Map. There are weeds up and down the street that look like a fire hazard. Isn't this something that the streets department is supposed to take care of?

108 N. 36th Ave. has two large dogs. They let them run all over. While visiting a house two weeks ago - I was afraid to get out of my car till they left. I then watched them approach a man and women with a stroller and a little dog. The lady grabbed the baby out of the stroller and the man picked up the dog as they were obviously scared of those dogs. Then the house I was visiting told me that their neighbors cat got attacked by them and it cost $500 at the vet. I know people have gone over and talked to them - but nothing has changed. Please don't wait until they attack a person, The house is easy to spot as it is adding on a garage with a room above it. One person said that they have contacted animal control but have not heard back from them.

Recently reported side of the garage getting tagged. There is more also on the power pole beside the garage as well as the front. The fence along the opposite side of the road is covered as well if you can do anything about that or not.

S 48TH AVE & BRISTOL WY, YAKIMA, 98908
Dangerous Pothole in the Northbound lane of 48th Ave about 50 yards north of Bristol way. It is right in the drivers side tire lane and is several inches deep and apx 12x18" long. My son ran into this pothole on Friday and it bent his rim and popped his tire and I'm sure knocked it out of alignment.

Called into front desk by Kathy Carrell who would like a call back at 469-952-7595. Kathy is a pedestrian in this area (lives at Rose of Mary) and says some of the walk lights at 56th and Tieton don't light. Also she has been nearly hit on two occasions by vehicles making a left turn off 56th to head eastbound on Tieton while she was in the N/S crosswalk. Wants to know if anything can be changed to enhance pedestrian safety at this intersection.

Morning. Again the residents at 3414 Castlevale Rd moved another junker non running car in front of their residence. This happened approx. 4 weeks ago. It hasnt moved since nor has there been any attempt to do so. Is this another parking violation? Thanks for your time

Aaron Stewart is gouging the tenants on service animal "rent" and violating fair housing laws. The box I live in is as big as a closet for $ 475.00 a month and he adds on an illegal service animal fee of $25.00 a month. These buildings stink inside. There are drug users that hang out all night. There are drug dealers inside dealing door to door. The shower rooms need new floors. The water leaks in every faucet here.The carpet is pretty old in some patches. The laundry gouges you for $ 3.00 a wash, $ 5.00 to dry. He charges $ 75.00 a month extra for an air conditioner even if you medically need it with a doctor's note. There is dog crap from the tenants all over the place on the block the 2 buildings sit on. Tenants smoke out in front of the doors and in the hallways. The owner hires jerks who don't know the Revised Code of Washington Laws. They try to change your lease as soon as possible without following proper procedure. There are lots of seniors and low income people here. It would be great if the City of Yakima took over managing the Cascade, Senator and Savoy Apartments. The City of Yakima should stop letting an loser from Tacoma send incompetent people for managers. The tenants get treated like crap. Aaron gets away with being a slumlord. Get an undercover person in here for a while and really check out everything.

200 N 72ND AVE
One of the utility trenches along Summitview Ave at NW corner of 72nd Ave and Summitview Ave is sinking. The trench cutting through west bound lanes is getting worse every day. I pass through there on a daily basis and I am afraid my vehicle will break down because of it. I already broke two mirrors I was carring to my property. This needs some serious attention.
