Who Can Participate?

  • Drivers regardless of age who have been charged with a moving infraction may apply.
  • The participant must not have participated in a Traffic School program within the last 3 years.
  • Participants cannot possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

How to Enroll

1. Respond to your citation as directed on the ticket

2. Complete a questionnaire in person or online.
Do not proceed until you have received a confirmation email stating you have been approved or not approved.

3. Pay the $150 fee Cash in person

4. A contract will need to be signed

CONTRACT

5. An access code will be furnished in person or emailed.
6. Enter the access code on the NSC website https://training.nsc.org/yakimawa
7. Complete the TSP course within 45 days of enrollment

NOTE – You are not required to appear in court unless you need to speak to the Judge regarding an extension to complete the course.
