We are excited about the new options and more customer-friendly services offered by Paymentus that will improve the customer online experience and we believe you as a customer will appreciate that, too.

We understand change can be difficult and appreciate your patience while we work through this transition with our new provider. All customers who were signed up for Autopay, E-billing, pay via text, and/or any other Scheduled Payments through the current provider Invoice Cloud, have been unenrolled by them from all of these options as of February 2024. As a result, some customers may receive a late notice regarding their balance due.

We thank you for your understanding and patience and apologize for any inconvenience this transition may cause you. If you have questions, please call the Utilities Office at 509-575-6080 or email us at utilities@yakimawa.gov

There is no charge to make payments online. You can pay with a debit card, credit card or your bank account. You can view your billing amount due and can set up a recurring payment; you specify a dollar amount to be paid and the frequency of the payments (monthly or every other month).  You are not able to pay your stormwater bill online. Scheduling a payment online to be processed after the disconnect date will not ensure service does not get interrupted.
