The Revert to Owner (RTO) Agreement does not automatically terminate upon change of ownership or management. Please call main office at 509-575-6080 to terminate RTO agreement. I authorize the City of Yakima to commence water, sanitary sewer, and/or refuse service, as applicable, at the service address above, effective whenever a tenant terminates service at the service address. I understand that minimum ready to serve charges shall be billed, even if no services are used. I will notify the Utility Service’s Office if the billing address changes.
