In addition to Council Business Meetings, the Council conducts Study Sessions, Special Meetings, Retreats, and other meetings. While Council Business Meetings generally take place on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month beginning at 5:30 p.m., meetings are occasionally scheduled at other times and locations.

Council Sessions are televised on Y-PAC (Cable channel 194) and replayed during the following two weeks. Other special sessions held will be available on the Council Calendar.

The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space or language interpreters, for City meetings. Anyone needing special assistance please contact the City Clerk's office at (509) 575-6037 at least two business days prior to the meeting.
