2019 COY Wellness Fair Registration

The Fair takes place on October 29th. Doors open up at 7:00am and the event goes to 3:00pm.

Exhibits must be ready by 7:00am and be prepared to stay open until 3:00pm.

Please bring displays, marketing materials, table cloth, demonstration equipment and a door prize for raffle.

We will reserve a table and two chairs for you unless otherwise selected.
