1. Online 24 hours a day by
   1. Logging into miBenefits through www.ebms.com using your established username and password… or click new user and register using the information on your Medical ID Card.
   2. Once registered, click the “miCare” link on your miBenefits homepage.  That’s it! ***
      *** If you have dependent family members over the age of 18, they will also be required to register through miBenefits in order to access the clinic.
2. By calling 866-888-8035
3. Same day appointments try #1 then #2 and if they are booked call the clinic directly at 509-453-1529
4. If miCare is not available Well Via Patient Care Center is available by telephone 24/7 at 877-872-0370
