Fees

• Fee is a one time non-reimbursable fee of $800.00.  Please note that applicant is also responsible for the publication fees which can range between $200.00 to $300.00 depending on length of legal description.  This is paid directly to the Yakima Herald.  Clerk may assist in the publication process.
