  • Please be advised that preparing a certified copy of an instrument on file or of record in the clerk’s office is $6.00. **Cash, Money Order, or Cashier’s check ONLY accepted**

  • Request a copy of a recording of a court proceeding:

    Compact Disk (CD) FTR Gold format can only be played on a computer with at least Windows XP operating system (or newer) and the FTR Player https://fortherecord.com/our-solutions/ftr-desktop-app/. Cost is $5.00 per CD.

    You will be notified when your records are ready by email. Records requests will be provided via email address which is provided in the request. If there is a cost associated with your request (ie. Certified Documents) you will receive an invoice of total amount due. you must remit payment within 96 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of the notification that your records are ready. Yakima Municipal Court ONLY accepts cash, money order, business check, or cashier’s checks for records request. We are unable to process online payments at this time for records.
