The City of Yakima Refuse Department is not operating a free leaf bag pickup service this fall. Yakima residents can still dispose of non-bagged leaves and other yard waste through the City’s Refuse Division by signing up for Yard Waste service. The monthly cost of a 96-gallon yard waste cart $15.88. Yard waste carts are picked
