Need to dispose of your Christmas tree?
Christmas trees can be dropped off at Pape Machinery on 3110 Fruitvale Blvd at no cost through January 5th. Camp Prime Time offers this tree recycling service to benefit its recreational facility for families that have a child with a serious or terminal illness or is developmentally disabled. (Donations for Camp Prime Time are accepted)
Christmas Day & New Year’s Day
Garbage collection in the City of Yakima will be delayed for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day since both holidays fall on a Wednesday this year. For example; if your regular pick-up day is Wednesday, it will be picked up on Thursday. If Friday is your regular day, it will be picked up on Saturday.
