During its regular meeting at 5:30 pm at City Hall on Tuesday, Sept. 17th, the Yakima City Council will consider an annexation request submitted by approximately 10% of the property value owners in a portion of Terrace Heights.

In accordance with RCW 35.13.125, Council will determine whether to accept, reject or geographically modify the proposed annexation; whether to require simultaneous adoption of the comprehensive plan; and whether to require assumption of all or any portion of city indebtedness by the area to be annexed.
