Mayor Patricia Byers distributes City of Yakima pins to students from Itayanagi, Japan. Itayanagi has been Yakima’s sister city since 1972. On July 31st, the City received a delegation from Itayanagi that included about 20 people, including Mayor Taketo Kasai, other city officials, teachers and students.
