This photo of the week shows installation of the Community Christmas Tree at Millennium Plaza on Tuesday, Nov. 22nd. The 30-foot evergreen was delivered from the area of 30th and Tieton by crews from City of Yakima Public Works, Downtown Association of Yakima (DAY) and Nelson Crane. Volunteers with DAY will decorate the tree in preparation for a tree lighting ceremony on Sunday, Dec. 4th, after the Holiday Lighted Parade.
