For certain application types, the posting of a “Land Use Action” sign is a required method of notification to the public that a land use application has been submitted to the City for a proposed change to the property. You can find a complete list of applications that are currently in the 14-day public comment period, are out of the comment period and a decision is pending, or are in the 14-day appeal period on the Public Notices section of our Online Permit Center.

Browse through the list of applications, or click “Map Results” in the upper right corner. Click on the application file number or the pin on the map to view the project description and any public notices.
