Project to Close 48th Avenue June 2-5
Forty-Eighth Avenue will be closed between Summitview Avenue and Chestnut Avenue from Monday, June 2nd, through June 5th for a road replacement project. City of Yakima Plans Closures for Memorial Day 2025
Most City of Yakima buildings and facilities will be closed Monday, May 26th, in observance of Memorial Day. That includes City Hall, Y-PAC, Public Works, and Parks and Recreation offices. Business offices for the police and fire departments will be closed. Emergency services will remain available. Yakima Municipal Court will be closed for the holiday.
