Traffic will be restricted on an approximately three-block section of 88th Avenue for most of the day on Monday, July 13th while a drainage ditch project is completed.
Traffic on 88th Avenue will be restricted to one northbound lane and one southbound lane from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm on July 13th while the project is underway. Crews will clean debris from the drainage ditch and will ensure that the ditch section is fully operational. The project is expected to be completed the same day.
During the project, traffic delays in and around the project area are likely to occur. Drivers should use alternate routes if possible until the project is completed.
Access to homes in the project area will be impacted, but will be maintained when possible. Emergency vehicles will be allowed through the project area if necessary.
As always, the schedule for this type of a project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure, and emergencies.
