Gilbert Drive from Yakima Avenue to Barge Street will be closed one additional day through next Tuesday, April 28th, due to a project delay.
The project addresses drainage issues and repairs a section of roadway. It was originally scheduled to end Monday, April 27th, but the closure is extended through next Tuesday due to heavy rainfall earlier this week.
Access is maintained to adjacent properties within the project areas.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid this location, which will remain open to local traffic only, Gilbert Drive will be closed to through traffic.
As always, the schedule for this type of project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure, and emergencies.
