NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program for 2025-2030
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yakima City Council will conduct a public hearing to review and adopt the amended Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and amend the Capital Facilities Element of the Yakima Urban Area Comprehensive Plan for the period of 2025-2030.

The City annually prepares, reviews and adopts a program for transportation improvements for
the ensuing six-year period, all as contemplated and required by state and federal law. After the
Six-Year TIP is adopted, it will be incorporated as an amendment to the Yakima Urban Area
Comprehensive Plan Capital Facilities Element.

Said public hearing will be held Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in the
Council Chambers at Yakima City Hall, 129 North 2nd Street, Yakima, WA.

Any interested person wishing to provide testimony on this proposal is welcome to attend the
public hearing in person or via Zoom (information on the agenda). The City Council agenda will
be posted online at: https://www.yakimawa.gov/council/agendas-and-minutes/
