Project to Close 48th Avenue June 2-5

City of Yakima Plans Closures for Memorial Day 2025
Most City of Yakima buildings and facilities will be closed Monday, May 26th, in observance of Memorial Day. That includes City Hall, Y-PAC, Public Works, and Parks and Recreation offices. Business offices for the police and fire departments will be closed. Emergency services will remain available. Yakima Municipal Court will be closed for the holiday.
