The following street closures will be required in the vicinity of the 18th Avenue and Arlington Street intersection on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 9th and 10th, for a tree removal project:
- 18th Avenue closed between McLaren Street and Bonnie Doon
- Arlington closed between 17th Avenue and 19th Avenue
The street closures will be in effect from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm both Tuesday and Wednesday.
Traffic delays in the project area are likely to occur. Drivers should use alternate routes if possible until the project is completed.
Access to homes and businesses in the areas will be maintained and traffic will be allowed through the project areas when possible.
As always, the schedule for this type of a project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure, and emergencies.
