South 7th Street will be closed to southbound traffic tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 28th, between Yakima Avenue and East Chestnut Avenue.
The closure is required for a tree stump removal project during scheduled work hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm tomorrow.
Access to homes and businesses in the project area will be maintained as best as possible.
Drivers are reminded the speed limit through all traffic-related work zones within the City of Yakima is 20 miles-per-hour.
As always, the schedule for this type of a project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure, and emergencies.
