Powerhouse Canal Trail will be closed Wednesday, May 31st, and Thursday, June 1st, between Cherry Avenue and Swan Avenue for sewer line repairs.
The temporary closure will be during scheduled project work hours of 6:00 am to 5:00 pm both days. During the trail closure, the project will detour pedestrian traffic along Cherry Avenue to Lewis Street then back on to the trail at Swan Avenue.
The schedule for this type of project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure, and emergencies.
