This Wednesday, June 5^th, City of Yakima crews will begin a series of traffic signal head upgrades at intersections over the next several weeks. The intersections listed below will be reduced to a single lane of traffic in each direction, with stop signs posted in all directions.

Traffic impacts for the signal upgrades are scheduled to begin at 6:30 am and by complete by 12:00 pm. Signals at the intersections will be dark during project work hours

• June 26^th         3^rd Ave & Lincoln Ave
• July 10^th           5^th Ave & Lincoln Ave
• July 17^th           5^th Ave & Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd
• July 24^th           3^rd Ave & Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd
• July 31^st           1^st Ave & Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd
• August 7^th        16^th Ave & Yakima Ave
• August 14^th      16^th Ave & Summitview Ave
• August 21^st      16^th Ave & Fruitvale Blvd

Drivers are reminded the speed limit through all traffic-related work zones within the City of Yakima is 20 miles-per-hour.
