Drivers are asked to be cautious as they approach the intersection of Fruitvale Boulevard and 34th Avenue during the next two weeks. Work on a roundabout at Fruitvale Boulevard/River Road/34th Avenue continues, with multiple traffic control changes required as crews finish work on the intersection.
The intersection remains fully closed to commercial truck traffic, which is required to use alternate routes until project completion in early September. Detours are posted.
Access will be maintained to properties in the project area.
Drivers may wish to avoid the area if possible, as traffic delays are possible.
