Parking will be restricted at times near the former Bank of America building and the Yakima County Courthouse from Monday, March 31st, through April 10th.
The temporary restrictions will be required for a project to plant and replace trees around the courthouse and the former bank building near the intersection of 2nd Street and Staff Sgt. Pendleton Way. Project hours are 6:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday from March 31st to April 10th.
Access will be maintained to properties in the project area.
Drivers are encouraged to slow down in work zones, look out for workers and follow the posted speed limit.
As always, the schedule for this type of a project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure, and emergencies.
