A sneak peak of programs in 2018 at the City of Yakima’s Harman Center is among the talking points in the latest edition of Yakima Agenda, a sit-down interview program produced by the City of Yakima’s Community Relations office.
The 15-minute interview with Harman Center Recreation Program Supervisor Leslie Richards covers topics such as possible new activities for 2018 at the center, as well as preliminary plans for the Harman Center’s 14th anniversary next May.
“It’s been great. I really enjoy working for Parks and Rec,” said Richards, who began working at the Harman Center in July 2017. “I love our volunteers. They’re wonderful.”
Richards also shared how people can volunteer at the center and some of the popular events featured at the Harman Center.
Yakima Agenda is scheduled to air on Y-PAC, Charter Cable Channel 194, at 6:30 pm tonight, October 26th, then at 3:00 pm on October 27th and October 28th.
