The Yakima City Council held a regular meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 4th.

Action during the Council meeting included:

  • Recognizing Royale Schneider for 25 years of service
  • Administering the Oath of Office to Police Chief Shawn Boyle
  • Discussing home occupations
  • Approving an ordinance allocating the 5% stormwater utility tax increase for all pool operations

The Feb. 4th Yakima City Council regular meeting airs on Yakima Public Affairs Channel (Y-PAC), Charter Spectrum channel 194, beginning at 7:00 pm today, Wednesday, Feb. 5th.

The City Council’s next meeting is a study session on Tuesday, Feb. 11th, at 5:00 pm in Yakima City Hall Council Chambers.
