Yakima City Council Jan. 6, 2026 Regular Meeting Preview

Yakima City Council’s first regularly scheduled meeting for 2026 will be Tuesday, January 6th, at 5:30 pm. 

Some of the agenda items for the Jan. 6th regular meeting include: 

  • Election of Mayor 
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day proclamation 
  • Station 92: Operations Decisions, Constraints and Path Forward 
  • Update regarding conversation with school districts related to Lions Pool
