– Consideration of proposed 2014 state and federal legislative and administrative priorities
– Conducting a public hearing to consider extending a moratorium on new billboards and digital signs
– Consideration of a resolution authorizing the City Manager to revise Yakima Transit Service Route 1 and to eliminate Yakima Transit Service Route 8.
