The Yakima City Council held its most recent regular agenda business meeting on Tuesday , February 18th, 2014. Action taken by the Council at its February 18th meeting included:
Items on the February 18th agenda included:
– Setting a public hearing date and time of March 18th at 6:30 pm concerning regulation of billboards
– Discussed “Preferred Option” for North 1st Street Corridor Revitalization Project and provided City staff with direction regarding how to move forward
– Approved the purchase of four former Tiger Oil gas station sites so that they can be cleaned up and then sold to private owners
– Approved additional funding for engineering work on the Cascade Mill site
