The Yakima City Council held its most recent regular agenda business meeting on Tuesday, July 7th, 2015.
Action taken by the Council on July 7th included:
– Approving a limited appeal involving attorney fees and costs awarded to the ACLU
– Agreeing to take no further legal action to stay 2015 City Council elections
– Approving a 40 year agreement for the repair and maintenance of the “Bins of Light” artwork project
– Naming a new street at the former Boise Cascade mill site Bravo Company Boulevard
– Approving an agreement with the Yakima Downtown Rotary Club for new playground equipment at Randall Park
