Winter/Spring 2023 Bus Book Now Available

Yakima Transit has issued its new Winter/Spring 2023 Bus Book showing City bus routes, schedules, maps, fares and helpful information on services such as Dial-A-Ride. Schedules in the bilingual Winter/Spring 2023 Bus Book are effective through April 2nd, 2023. Options Available for Christmas Tree Disposal

With the holiday season winding down, the City of Yakima does offer city residents an option for Christmas tree disposal. Residents can schedule an appointment with the City’s Refuse Division for tree pick up by calling 509-575-6005. The cost is $10.00 for trees up to 5 feet and $15.00 for trees greater than 5 feet.


City of Yakima Plans Holiday Closures

City of Yakima offices will be closed Monday, December 26th and Monday, January, 2nd, in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays.
