Action taken during the Council meeting included:
- Issuing Black History Month and National Parent Leadership Month proclamations
- Retirement recognition of Dave Brown for 39 years of service
- Accepting a TIB grant award agreement for $1,335,000 for Nob Hill Boulevard Overlay Project 2619
- Amending the City of Yakima Proclamation Issuance Policy
- Amending a fee schedule for land use development fees for the City of Yakima
