The Yakima City Council held its most recent regular agenda business meeting on Tuesday, March 5th. Action taken by the Council on March 5th included:

  • Approved creation  of the Department of the Airport to run operations at the Yakima Air Terminal
  • Approved an agreement with the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy to promote and develop outdoor recreational opportunities
  • Approved consultant services for the renewal of the Charter Cable TV Communications Franchise Agreement
