The City of Yakima is considering engaging organizations to manage and operate Washington Fruit Community Center (WFCC) beginning July 2026 and Harman Center beginning in 2027.
Before initiating a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), the City invites organizations to submit Letters of Interest. Submitting a letter does not obligate organizations to submit a proposal, nor does it obligate the City to award a contract.
Following are Request for Interest (RFI) documents outlining information needed from organizations submitting letters of interest for managing/operating WFCC or Harman Center:
Letters of Interest are due by 2:00 pm on March 25th, 2026, and should be sent to:
Yakima City Clerk’s Office
129 N. Second St.
Yakima, WA 98901
