A shoulder maintenance and cleanup project will result in the closure of a section of Powerhouse Road for most of the day on Friday, November 21st.
City of Yakima crews will be doing basic work along the should of Powerhouse Road between Pecks Canyon Road and Cowiche Canyon Road. As a result, that portion of Powerhouse will be closed from 9:00 am until about 12:00 pm on November 21st.
Access to homes and businesses in the area will be maintained and traffic will be allowed through the project area when possible.
As always, the schedule for this type of a project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure, and emergencies.
