Yakima Transit Resumes Free Shuttle to Luminaria
Yakima Transit will again provide free shuttle bus service to the Yakima Area Arboretum Luminaria Candle-Lit Walk event on Friday, December 13th and Saturday, December 14th. Public Works Hosting Letters to Santa
Yakima Parks and Recreation is offering its fifth annual drive-thru Letters to Santa event at the City’s Public Works facility, 2301 Fruitvale Boulevard, on Saturday, December 14th, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. City Plans Closures for Thanksgiving Observance
Many of the City of Yakima’s facilities will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28th and 29th, for the Thanksgiving holiday. That includes City Hall, Y-PAC, and Parks and Recreation offices. Lighted Parade Ushers in Yakima’s Holiday Season
The holiday season in Yakima again kicks off this year with the 24th annual Holiday Lighted Parade at 6:00 pm on Sunday, December 1st.
