The Yakima City Council held a regular meeting at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025.

Items on the agenda included:

  • Resolution approving an agreement with the Yakima Humane Society for animal sheltering services
  • Cost benefit analysis of animal licensing fees contributing to animal control
  • Resolution authorizing a SIED funding agreement with Yakima County for a minimum revenue guarantee
  • Community at a Crossroads presentation
  • Discussion of Parking Permits
