The special meeting has been called to consider allowing a Council member to participate by telephone in an executive session on Monday at 4:30 pm regarding pending litigation.  Existing Council rules do not allow participation in Council meeting by telephone or other electronic means.

The special meeting notice also makes note of the executive session that has been called for Monday at 4:30 pm.
